This is like the normal notepad but better. A sort-of better interface, you can save import and close of course like normal notepad. But here you can add color, change font, undo redo copy paste clear select all....

Very easy to use and I would prefer this over the original notepad as it looks cleaner like I said about the interface and adding color and formatting.

Can't you change the color and font in normal notepad as well? O.o
What do the saved files look like when you open 'em up with regular Notepad?
In notepad you can change the font but you can't add color. And with my application, it saves your text as a .rtf Rich Text File while Notepad saves them as a .txt Text Document

My application might be good editing resumes...I don't know. Still I just find my application easier to work with @ ease than notepad.

I'm actually at the moment adding a function where you can listen to music while you use my custom notepad.
Have you heard of Word Pad or Open Office? Smile

Props for effort, though.
I personally don't have anything against .txt files, C works just fine with those. And sorry, but I think most people will have their own personal pick of a music player that has far more advanced features than your built-in one will have.
Good luck with the coding, though.
Your stating something that is based on a guess when you have no facts.
Coding will have no errors.
I don't use wordpad or open office.

Edit: Its funny how you say others choise will have far more advanced features when this one is Windows media player itself.
what is the change of your notepad ??
Sorry for going off topic, but in my humble opinion Windows media player is futile. But that's another thread.
My point being, if someone wants to listen to music they will already with high likability have a player in the background, there's no actual need for it in a text editor.
i had one..that i made in vb 08 it was great...There were all options just like in real notepad...but i must format C: drive i even can't access on it... Sad
