I'm back!
FirefoxWiz decided to rejoin my forum and resolve our differences so I thought I'd do the same here

A load of stuff. I got more things to do for users like the Shoutbox and other plugins, then I "streamlined" the forums by removing unused sections so it loaded faster.
Then I redid the theme for the main site to get rid of the pesky tables, and I make the forum theme look the same.
Oh and I coded a review section
That and constantly ask people t get their friends on!
What kind of 'other' plugins?
Is the shoutbox a really good idea? I would think it would distract from the forum!

The game section was a popular plugin (because everyone loves playing flash games!) and I've recently added a plugin which allows people to connect to the IRC channel in the forum.
The Shoutbox is good for making an announcement that will be seen when someone logs in, or just random chatting. I don't think it's made people post less
