Firefox had a small problem and had to close due to an error. I was fine with this and there were very helpful boxes to follow; what I want to know is WHY I got a box from Microsoft asking me to report the problem to them; It's none of their business. Do you have something that stops them spying on you in MY computer? Thanks, Elisabeth.

Probably you got that box because you are using a Windows computer ? I think it is automated that when something crashes on a Windows box, it will pop up and ask you to report the problem.
