He might not have them, so it might be best just to uploaded those files to the downloads center, and give a link for him to download, so it makes the process faster ;)
Forget it. I just did it for him.
Here's the link to the downloads page for the en-dictionaries.zip

Dr Small
Dictionaries don't come installed (I think). Check here.

https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/dictionaries/
Hmm, I didn't half to install mine. But you might be right.
Or those are just there for people who have lost theirs or want different dictionaries...
Thanks Dr Small and madmikeuk but that didn't solve the problem. (On my last computer, I had FF 2.0 installed and it came with the dictionary already installed.) I think I've got bigger problems, though. Under certain conditions, when I try to to to a URL, I get an error that says:

That URL is not valid and cannot be loaded.

After I click OK it loads the page normally.

I get this message whenever I click on Stumble and also when I'm trying to open the browser.
And I just got the error message FIVE times after I clicked on Post Reply.
Well, I just reinstalled Firefox and fixed the URL problem. Then I reinstalled the dictionary but it didn't fix that problem.
Maybe there's another file needed. I'll look at it and see what I can find.
Okay, thanks, FW.
Ok, I found two more files. They look like they're related to the dictionary, so it's a try.

You need to extract the zip and copy the files inside the extracted folder into your \Mozilla Firefox\components folder.
