If someone gives someone anonymous rep it would be nice if we could see the giver's rep just to know the credibility of this user who has given us -rep.
I say people should only be able to give positive reps if it's anonymous.
Agreed, if those cowards are too scared to speak their mind to me they shouldn't be allowed to give rep.
