Support Forums

Took me a week but I finally got it done. Settings seem to be incorrectly imported from the other forum. I may have to report that.

Please let me know if you see anything out of place. We actually only have one additional forum now added under the "Computer Support" tab as a subforum of the "Web Browser Help".
