I have a dynamic router obviously. I press a button, and it changes my ip.

I got the 2wire wireless router from ATT...
They don't change your IP unless you tell them.

I have a static IP.

Just restart you router works for me lol

Recently i changed my ip using the same way.Because i have dynamic ip.After changing my ip ,I checked my new ip using http://www.ip-details.com/

It all depends what method you use, just unplug your modem for a few hours. That should do the trick if im not mistaken.

You just have to restart your router.
