I need to be in shape by August 15th and even more so by September 2nd.

I've implemented an over-the-top diet regiment. No sweets, no fast food, no sugar, no soda, no nothing. I'm intaking a lot of protein and choosing low-carb, nutritional alternatives. I've caught myself cheating but it gets less and less each day. Soon it will be phased out and I'll be only eating foods with higher-than-normal nutritional value.

I've been lifting weights since I was 16 so I feel very comfortable at the gym working out and doing cardiovascular exercises.

I need some serious motivation.

Any suggestions or tips on trimming and burning fat would be appreciated.
I need to loose about 15kg, i will be living on fruit, vegetables & water.
Yay me!
im kinda chubby and i would like to lose wight before school starts thats my summer goal.

Mine to, I need to get in shape. I atleast wanna make it into muscle.

Doing:

-Soccer every Wednesday.
-Two Hours At The gym.
-Running
- Cut back on fatty food
- Lots of water.
Let's see here:

-Running every weekday.
-One hour minimum of weight lifting. Each day, different muscle group.
-High protein content foods, i.e. white albacore, turkey breast, low-fat red meat, etc.
-Low carb intake, but enough to sustain energy.
-Lots of fiber intake
-Minimum of 1 gallon of water per day.
Try not to snack, that always gets me lol
Eat a lot of salad too, very health and tastes great, depending on what you put on it
I would have to partially disagree with you on the part of salad being healthy. Since a lot of vegetables contain mostly water, a salad is definitely a much better alternative to fatty foods.

Not really, fast food is so unhealthy it's disgusting...before I started wrestling I used to love fast food but now I hate it (most of the time)
It's pretty easy to get used to
Wear a sweat suit for a steam room thats how to lose weight in hours like 10+ pounds.

It's a MMA/UFC thing.
