If you didn't understand what Omni said, then he's basically saying that if you say "+rep if you enjoyed", then others will start doing it, and eventually, rules will be made against it.

You don't need to, if you make good posts then you will get rep.

Thats the point i do make good posts, but never seem to get any

I personally report all posts I see (I've already come across a few) that ask for +rep as low quality
