Because I'm an Aussie bogan who never buy$ credit. It lets you send 15 free texts every day, i know it works because i use it. But obviously you must be in Australia. All you have to do is sign up for a free account and click send free SMS.

Nope, but I'm sure if you type free International SMS service or something similar in google you will eventually find what you're looking for.
There is a few, but most of them don't actually send the SMS, Which is annoying. Hopefully OP will update this thread with some more websites.
