I know on Yahoo Messenger to send calls to a real phone number you have to buy the service... not sure about MSN or Skype but I think they are the same thing.

What about this software, does it provides you to make free phone calls on mobile phones?

Not needed but eh, at least i know about it now.

There's also a program called iCall I heard you can make calls from your PC for free.
