Ok so I have a really nice picture, but I want to mod it slightly and turn it into a gui for a program, is it possible? If so, who should I talk to?

Mod is at in like edit it? Using Photoshop or what not?
Not exactly understanding what you're going for but yeah it could be done.
As in like, It is a picture, but I want it to become a gui for a program. So like, where I could take the picture, and drop coding in certain parts of the picture for that peculiar part of the picture to do a certain action, or display something I want it to.
What language do you want it coded in?
doesnt matter as long as it gets done, the program im gonna make for this will be beyond awesome, and Im sure everyone will want it. But ill need a lot of help from coders and programers to make it, I can get a lot of the coding from other programs, but Im sure ill need reverse engineers to get the snipits well need, but itll still give a general idea of whats needed.

So you sayin its not possible? And ill still need someone REALLY good at photoshop, because it needs some tweaking before its totally ready to be turned into a gui.
