Nice information. I just repeat in my head to keep calm. When I'm calm I play better.
I like to calm myself before the game and determine to win it
If playing an FPS; Don't die.

I've actually never had a hard time because I keep one thought in mind: this is just a game. Quite often you'll see the try-hards or those trying to drastically improve their skill overnight having panic attacks and seizures mid-game.

Honestly... Jerking off before gaming is something that helps me focus.
