My Gigantic List of Windows 7 theme packs (I did not make them just put the list together). So All I ask is that you ask permission before posting =/
Hopefully this will come to use, since Windows 7 users need more themes, also since Windows 7 is becoming the number #1 Rated OS.

Most of these will be .themepack type but some will only have 1 wallpaper in it.

the blue letters are too hard to see against the gray, it hurts my eyes 8(

It's not blue it's purple.
But it's been changed.
