Navigate to the folder /includes, then look at the file "template.php"
Open it with w/e your using to edit you code (notepad++, dreamweaver, whatever), look at line 691. From the looks of it, there is no ";" on the end of the line. If you don't know what to do, send the file to me.

I do crap like that all the time... the right editing program will pick it up and shove it in your face... maybe you should look at changing?
