This is helpful, because not everyone has .NET Framework 4 installed. People might be hesitant to see that there's a setup file, so be sure to let them know it's to install .NET Framework 4.

I hate 2010 I mean its usefull for making great things however you cant make things like Crypters or stealers ( you can )
