whats the best free webhosting to host my hacking community, with fast servers, and a fair amount of bandwidth?

I'd go with xtreemhost.

but they fill you with problems to buy a payed host

000webhost is good for personal websites, but not for forums. For forums, you're better off getting a paid host. Note that if any of this hacking is malicious, most hosts won't accept it.

I don't have money for a paid host at the momment.

I would recommend 000webhost, I've used it numerous times.
