I was using my laptop and I could see the taskbar perfectly until I turned it on today. If I take a screenshot it shows the taskbar normally but I don't think it's my eyes . I might upload a photo using my phone so you can see how it looks like.

We would need to see what it looks like. If screenshots are showing it as properly it must be your display or something?

Have you downloaded any programs lately? Changed drivers, anything newly done before the screen started doing this?
