I'm just like Elektrisk, I always pace around and walk somewhere...Maybe drawing or writing might help.
I've tried doing this but I get more angry because I suck at drawing.
The way I calm down is I load up a FPS game and I blow people's heads off.
That normally calms me down because I'm taking the anger out.(And I also get really good headshots
)
I used to doodle to relive stress but never drew a full sized pciture. I'll need to try this next time I feel an urge to break something.
