MBAM is one of the best tools for deleting infections. Really, if critical system files were infected, how else do you expect to get rid of the infections if not by deleting them? You would have to do a system repair.

You should add that a lot of this is only for computers that are slower...newer computers don't really need this stuff, especially adjusting for performance.
You should say that the two programs you listed CAN be used and are recommended, but are not necessary. You may want to tell more about how to use them, as I'm sure someone will ask sooner or later.
I think you should also include CCleaner and write a little about that too.
