The Impossible game in the indies section for xbox!
Dont know if its been mentioned before but..
System Shock 2.
When you set all the stuff to be as challanging as possible,it gets stupid and ridiclious.

Hardest game I ever played was Evony. Kids attack your city and then you have to overrun them if you get conquered.

I'll have to mention that, that game has so many viruses when you play it on your comuputer from what i've heard. I wouldn't suggest playing it
Probably cat mario, but it's so much fun anyway.
I would probably have to say Call Of Duty Waw Campaign On Veteran.
