Fraudulent activity, phishing, pyramid schemes, chain letters, forgery, or impersonation
Terrorist propaganda, racist material, or bomb/weapon instructions
Virus/Virii, Spyware, Malware, or other infectious material
Material protected by trade secret or other statute
Additionally, McHost prohibits:
IRC and associated programs (including psybnc, "bots", etc...)
Scripts commonly used for abuse, attacks, or flooding
Threatening, harrassing, or obscene content
Any proxies which do not require authentication (including open mail proxies, unprotected anonymous web surfing proxies, etc...)
Legal adult content is permitted on all McHost product lines. The viewing/downloading or possession of such information/data by McHost clientele is not governed by McHost policy, and is at your own discretion/free-will, and may be governed by your state/federal government.

It looks like you can't host illegal content after all. Take a look at
this if you don't believe me.
Please don't lie in an attempt to grab customers. If people want to host that kind of material, they will want to go with a brand which will actually allow it instead of pretending to allow it.
Your hosts shut you down? Website if offline and yeah i just read the TOS above and you cant offer what you say you can. Hope you didnt pay in advanced.
How many domains are you providing with each pack.

usually you would have to purchase your domain through a company like godaddy.
I don't think these come with domain.
I think you should take this in HF. Support Forums is completely legal.
