That's exactly right. Without people who can analyze logs, there's no point in having a HJT section.

The HJT section is not what makes up the white hat help section.
There're many threads that you can help with in the white hat help section.
I helped someone just yesterday who had infected himself with a RAT.
As long as it's not an HJT log thread, you can help. The HJT team only has authority over HJT threads.
I hope an HJT team starts in this forum as well XD
