About OP I think staff should just increase post req for reputation but disable Anonymous rep. It just allows rep abuse.

Well yes, it really is the same concept...another rational option is to delete reputation all together.
In this type of rep system we cannot know who gave us the rep...
Yeah I saw that Anonymous rep is getting out of hand.
It really depends. If your the one getting -repped then it's bad. If you're the one giving the -rep then it's good.
In the end it works out in a win win situation.
Anonymous rep? Something that really may start to promote rep abuse which is a problem over at HackForums.

Anonymous rep is a bad idea, if somebody wants to negative rep someone, they should at least have the guts to admit to it.
