i would have to agree with this one also.

Alright I guess all that's left to do is gather greater numbers before asking staff to consider it.

Staff can see who gave what. Not a problem, imo.

Personaly, I think it's okay. If it does come down to a user abusing the reputation, it can be reported, and if found inappropriate, removed by staff. No?

I'm pretty sure staff can either delete all you rep, or non at all.
