Well their is also no reason you shouldn't know. You also have the ask to right that player for a more detailed explanation as to why in private message; you obviously don't have this option with anonymous reputation.

Yes....The point is to collect more votes/data/opinions to help the staff members decide. Really only Omniscient could decide to change this I believe.

If omni would want to change it, he would have. I don't think, some vote will change his mind.
