Fix the images. Also, there is a typo. When you go to cmd and try to run javac, it doesn't work. You are supposed to run java. Also, you can download the Java JDK from the Sun website, it's completely free to download.

Really nice guide, could use a little fixing though.
Java language is actual similar in syntax to C and C++ but, in architect terms, it has a simpler article model and fewer low-level facilities. An API, or Java Application Programming Interface, are collections of classes and interfaces that advice accomplish programming easier.
