www.websitewelcome.com and then click eligibility. Fill out the information, put PayPal as payment type. Info can be fake or real. Make sure it's a real email though. You'll now have a free WHMCS.

I have unlimited licenses till 2015 and then they renew/i can create more

Yep, sure. Deities, probably not. You can use the website over and over. I'm not sure how long it is.
