Yes, but it must be remembered that some people here aren't eligible for jobs, unless they have generous neighbors or family friends that are willing to give them jobs for to do for money. There're
other ways of making a lot more money online at this age, but at least this site is legit, I suppose.

This website is legit, although I agree it is a bit over rated. There are an average of 20+ adverts per day, making you over 20 cents per day, although the payout is around $2 I think. Unless you buy premium and such, it would be very hard to make money on this website, and ofcourse, other PTC websites.
I think GoogleAdSense is the best ;)
