Namecheap is pretty okay. But godaddy is what i would recommend.
GoDaddy accept paypal, if you have a search you can get coupon codes as well.
I have used godaddy for over 5 years, they seem to be pretty decent.

godaddy - most annoying website, in the world.
I think godady is the best you can find coupons all the time and get cheap domains. I always buy from them.

I would personally prefer Namecheap.
I have been with them for over 2 years and I have never been disappointed.

namecheap is good. they have good deals going on a lot with no coupons needed.
