It's not worth it. They've screwed me over twice. I hate their guts.
They can sometimes freeze your cash and it could take months to get it accessible again.

Months? When they lock/freeze it. There is a 0.001% chance you will be getting your account/money back.
If you use it legally it is good, but like that video shows Paypal doesn't care about it's customers, only their paycheck at the end of the week.

This is wrong. They are required to let you retrieve your money 6 months after your account is limited.
I hate Paypal. Oh so much. I wish it wasn't one of the most-used way of transactions.
Well, I have another 5 months before they give me my $1,021 in my account right now that's limited :/
