I've had thoughts of that before.. I think its kind of normal for people to think about it if your a tad depressed.
Yeah man, ive done the same thing, just take a moment for yourself and relax.
Relax and think about it. Its happened to a lot of people and its ok.
I think you're fine. Although, my logic does fail sometimes.
It's normal loads of people think about it and of course it is always an option and it's what seems to be the easiest option so of course you would look to it.

You need to get help...now. If you are considering something as drastic as ending your life, you need to talk to your family, a health professional, and a counselor.
Maybe i have it lucky because to me emotions comes hard, I don't feel a lot of em (the self hurt type), But when i do feel like killing myself it never becomes too serious, I have great control of my mind.
Define normal.
I don't believe it's a regular thing to do, come home, eat, hold a knife for an hour thinking about where if you cut you would die.
That doesn't really fit. But I encourage you to connect with your own emotions, councilors aren't that great if you can't pinpoint your own emotions. Pm me if you ever want to, I'm pretty good to talk to.
Not normal at all. Might want to force yourself into self-realization at times like that.
