I really don't think that cooking sections would actually become active on this site. The current user base is attracted to more online matters and I wouldn't of thought people looking for cooking support would register here.
I think it would be to much of a niche.

That'd actually be pretty nice. This idea was suggested by me a while back, and Omni seemed a little interested, but this idea was never implemented. I hope it does though, seeing as SF is starting to see a little more growth.

I believe the Health forum would receive a good amount of traffic. 
Health would cover more topics that just cooking. I'm up for a health forum.
