I've heard about American Football fans going wild on each other, and I think your talking about that UK Soccer team that got ambushed by some Turks. I think it was Leeds FC, but the gang where Turkish not British.
Hooliganism happens in every country where competittiveness takes place. Except maybe NK. Hooliganism is un needed and a waste of energy, I'd much rather put that energy into my team but I'm not a big sports fan.
