How often do you backup your database? I usually backup mine every week.
you have very good backup plan.
I just backup my datebase when I come to update my forums or before trying a plugin.
I do it everyday due to many causes...
I have a vbulletin with alot of content updating everyday so don't want to loose it...

Daily for this site. Databases are easy to configure to backup so why only do it weekly.

How about HF? I know you had a database only 6 hours before the Hacker22 incident.
When I had my own forum, I used to backup daily. I wasn't really too bothered about backing up as I didn't really have much to back up, only a few modifications and plugins.
