I would recommend thread prefixes. So people would know whether the support is solved or not. It would help me a lot, and other users too. Don't you think?

This is included in MyBB 1.6 from memory so it will probably be implemented when this board moves to 1.6 (which will probably be a few months seeing as MyBB 1.6 is not yet in beta).

Yup. We'll be moving to 1.6 eventually and use that feature here.
