There is alot of competition, but I'm prepared in making one if I can get enough support from potential members.

A good forum to make would be a religious forum. If you wanted you could maintain it as a forum for the religiously enthusiastic to respectfully discuss their various beliefs, or let it be a wildly offensive forum. It has so much potential, so the choice would be yours.
