Yes, you can use it online if you download the software.You can do this on their homepage. It is free because it is a replica of Photoshop and not the actual program.
And yes it is cool, even cooler that you can share software over the internet. I hope one day we can evolve the net to the point where games such as MW2, GTA etc.. are playable like flash games.

I know of about 10 of these online apps.
I am a fan of Adobe Photoshop, the powerful image-editing software that graphic designers love. But I find myself using it less often than I used to. In fact, my usage has fallen off dramatically. The main reason is that I find I often don’t need all the firepower it has to offer.
Most of the time, I am just doing some simple cropping and resizing of photos.
Nice, I'd try this but I already have Photoshop. Still, great share.
