You'll find a lot of users just leave a tab open and refresh it when they need a break from what ever they are doing. weather it be work or school. Whatever.
I know Grizzly used to keep the tabs open for hours on end.

lol, I sometimes do the same thing but I get a popup from msn when I have a new reply here so I reply right back
