I would say 4. I think you could have cleaned up the hair better. You could also have cropped her and placed her in a nicer background.

For a first attempt it looks great,
The color of the eyes could be better.
But good work!

You should get rid of the BG. And make/get a better one
And just some work on the details and crap.

Nice idea but is used commonly, could have played around with darkening and highlighting certain areas, making the background less of a distraction and focusing on the woman.
