I'm using this software for 3 years now, but I'm not a pixel artist, I try...
For all you Pixel Artist on here, I want to share this with you since it was made for creating pixel images.

There are 2 versions, free and shared one, both are fine to use.
The difference between those 2 versions are, in shared version you can save and load, GIF, ICO, CUR and ANI files.
While in the free version you can't do that, but IMO it's still an Awsome software.

Sure, but this one is way better than MS Paint and it's free too!
You have a Grid on the canvas which helps out alot when placing Pixels...

Well atleast for me, it's better than Paint, I just can't make something when using Paint.....

I've tried this before when I was spriting, never really got used to it but it looks good. Thanks.

Is it the same on photoshop?

Yes PS has same functions... But it's not a free software... this has both versions...
