+Rep If I Helped!
Well I figure how I could cancel the MSN taskbar at the bottom.
Before
After
I will teach you how to do that right now!
Tutorial
1. Right click on 'Windows Live Messenger " and click on "Properties"
2. Once you're in "Properties" find "Compatibility"
3. When you're there tick "Run this program in compatibility mode for" and select the mode you want. For me, I selected "Vista" but you can select others.
(Notice: Window XP SP1 or 2 and Vista SP 1 or 2 works the same thing.)
4. Click on "Apply" and "OK".
5. Reopen MSN and there you have it. Only 1 MSN taskbar is showing.
I made your day!
