In my opnion.

Their basically the same in terms of everything.

One has better graphic's
One has better games

We could go one forever !!!!

I like the 360 for my reasons.

But, Ps3 is free, therefore its ok

Xbox 360 is better imo

I like the 360 more. Both consoles have their ups and downs though.

• Online play is better for the 360 IMO, but PS3 online is free. Plus PS3 players seem to have less skill (specifically in Modern Warfare 2). Easier to pwn
  
• The PS3 supposedly has better graphics, but it doesn't seem all that noticeable.
  
• Both of them have exclusives. For instance Halo for the 360, and Killzone for PS3.
  
• I personally hate the PS3 controller. The Xbox controller just seems more comfortable.
  
• All of my real life friends have 360's, and two of them also have a PS3. Neither actually use their PS3.
  

I bought a 360 some time ago, and i actually now regret that i didn't wait till the PS3 got cheaper, and then bought it. The PS3 has so many more abilities, and the thing i hate the most about Xbox 360 is that you have to pay for Xbox Live!

Sorry if I'm asking to much questions as I have to make sure I get the better one. Don't want to regret buying it. I've never had a XBOX before so I want to know what a XBOX is like. I've got a PS2 , PSP and an PS1 in the past.

Xbox has great online play. Mostly everyone has mics unlike PS3. If your looking for a good online play for free go with PS3 if you're looking for the BEST online play go with Xbox for a nominal fee.
