I've never been a fan of "sigs" but I always wondered if someone could somehow take the theme of my avatar (Phantoon from Super Metroid) and make me a sig. However I have no cash as I've seen some request compensation. So with that said, if anyone that has free time or just bored can tinker around. I'd like it simple the same bit as Super Nintendo, so I suppose it couldn't be all that hard. No anime please.

Oh! And if anyone has some good tuts then that would be equally as nice. Note I would use GIMP.
