I think the same, you won't waste your time on things who are "out of your control" as line maintence,line speed...
Aight, sorry guys I forgot to post back in the thread.
I rang Optus again, and finally got through to an Australian guy there. He ran an isolation test and found out that because our Phone didn't have a Filter, it was using up all of the adsl Line that it could. So then we fixed it all out. All good now. Thanks for your help anyway.
