So I have had this ear infection for 2 days now, my whole left ear is 99 percent shut because of the infection, it hurts like HELL and I have trouble sleeping, I'm on painkillers all day. I hope this will get better soon.

Cover the other ear up. And let your ears get weaker. That way your others senses get better, and then both of them are on the same level. Nothing you can do about pain though.
If you haven't seen a doctor I suggest you do so immediately as these types of infections can be dangerous if not properly treated. Additionally, if you have consulted a specialist, please take another appointment if you feel it is getting worse of the medicine is not helping. They may need to prescribe you stronger ones.
Take a few shots of vodka. Yeah see a doctor if you havent already
