Hey guys.
I just finish making my new banner for my website, and I need feedback to what you think it needs;
Before you say "It's just text..", check it out with the
header background first here.
Cheers!

Looks decent, but I think that the Inked God and Bleeding Cowboys fonts are overused. Not that they look bad, but they get a little old. The gloss looks good alone, but it looks a little wonky when compared to the gloss on the header background. I don't really think the reflection was executed well. It seems to work well on the blue background though. I think you should remove or darken the gloss on the header background and find out how it looks.
Personally, I think it looks good, and on the header's background, it looks even better. The reflection, though, as JDBar mentioned, was not executed well. To be honest, it was unnecessary to have, but generally, it's okay.
Great work!

Ok, thanks for the feedback. I didn't know about Inked God was old, I only found it this morning, haha. I am still new to reflections, so I agree with what you say. And me, being the clever cookie that I am, deleted the .psd for the header background to it will be hard to remove the gloss without making a new one, but I'll see what I can do.

Thankyou very much. Like I mentioned to JDBar, I'm new to reflections, so I'll see what I can do.
Okay.
Did you create a text/gloss layer? But wait, no .PSD.
Something looks not right to me.. Whether it is the reflection now, because you have light blue/ dark blue two tone and then a black reflection that does not add up with that two tone or something else I do not know. I really love the background. That looks awesome. maybe make the two tone a soft gradient. Then have the letters just pop out/ stand out somehow.
My skills with PSD are hardly worth mentioning, but that is just my advice.
