I really don't like AMD.
why not??

Ahhh I'm with Extasey I really don't like AMD either, but I would suggest an ASUS Mobo you just cant beat them.

Reason I don't like AMD is because there just a cheap knock off and are half the stats they claim. Keep in mind this is just my opinion.
I think AMD is great I'm using it atm. Look for a Biostar Tseries motherboard. I have one and it has many features and will suprise you.
Links to the product on newegg will be nice Big Grin
I can't really help you out with AMD. I only pay attention to Intel motherboards really.
What clocked ram are you using? 800, 1033, etc?
Nice choice. As long it's powerfull and efficient i wont look what brand it is whether it's intel or amd.
Maybe too late but here goes anyway.

I'm trying to remember if I have ever had an AMD board or not,
but it's possible that I may have had one when buying some no-name,
generic budget PC's in the past and I never had a problem with any of them!

Intel v AMD, XP v Windows 7, Windows v Linux, Google v Yahoo etc etc.

You know, there are probably a lot of people who have AMD based PC's and are happy with them, Camgaertner for an example.

Maybe you could take a look here, for some info:

Good luck with it.
