Full Version: Anyone ever had a problem with 1and1? [Domain Problem]

I have used 1and1 for 3 of my domains, and have never had any problem with them. Last night, I decided to buy another, i had to make a new account as I hadn't been on 1and1 in ages and I don't have my domains anymore.

I desided to buy a domain, so I bought it, obviously. It was then a day later that I got a e-mail saying they needed Identity proof, like a passport or licence etc. I replied saying I do not have any official identification papers. [I am under 18, and there was no way I was going to send my passport or anything like that over the internet.]

About 10 minutes later I got this:

...1and1 = failfags.
I've now swapped to GoDaddy.
GoDaddy=fail as well, except for domains. Don't do hosting with them. Get a real host.
I am, I don't get hosting from 1and1 or GoDaddy, I just buy the domains from there.
