I have a really good desktop computer; a gaming rig if you will.
Here are the specs.

AMD FX™-8150 Eight Core Processor
16 GB RAM
2TB Hard Drive
Sapphire Raedon 7850

I can watch videos on the internet fine, it's only on downloaded video and Audio files. It gets all choppy, and I see no reason why it should.

I've rolled back the drivers, I've defragged it multiple times and still nothing.

Please, oh god please help me so I can get back to editing videos!

You know, I have the exact same problem. I would like to get help aswell.

It's actually fixed its self with the new AMD update... I've got no idea how.
